General Information for Registration

Early Bird Registration fee will be available until November 25 th , 2005. Participants can pay the registration fee in New Taiwan dollar (NTD) or in US dollar (USD). Registration via the On-line Credit Card Payment website is highly recommended.

Important Note

• Early Bird Registration Fee must be received by the Secretariat no later than November 25th, 2005.
  
• Registration is completed only with full payment. Those who have not paid the registration fee by November 25th, 2005, must pay the regular Registration Fee.
  
• At least one author of the accepted paper is required to have a full rate registration. If you have two accepted papers, the second accepted paper will be charged with a 20% discount of the full registration fee.

Method of Payment

Payment of registration fee should be made by one of the following methods:

Note:

1. We collaborate with ECPAY, the Green World Network Co., LTD, to charge the registration fee. So when receiving the bill of your credit card next month, you'll find the description of the purchase will be “The Green World Network Co., LTD,” instead of “ Taiwan Software Engineering Association (Non-profit organization) ” Please take notice of it.

2. The registration fee will be different due to daily variation of exchange rate. If it is not acceptable for you, please pay the registration fee via bank transfer.

Cancellation and Refund CANNOT be accepted after registration.

On-site Registration

On-site Registration will be possible at the registration desk in the Conference venue, the Grand Hotel from December 15th to 17th, 2005.
